Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. All customers placing an order should take special care to order carefully and completely, and verify the information on their order before completing the order.

LetsGoLogo.co.uk creates and outputs all products according to the information supplied by the customer. LetsGoLogo.co.uk is not responsible for spelling or typographical errors made by the customer during the ordering process.

We do not offer any product warrantees. All products are individually inspected before they are packaged and shipped. In a case whereby the customer is uncertain as to the decal installation procedure, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to seek this information from a qualified or knowledgeable source.

Shipping Issues & Risk Of Loss

All items purchased from LetsGoLogo.co.uk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. LetsGoLogo.co.uk and its affiliates are not responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.

By ordering from LetsGoLogo.co.uk, you the customer understand and agree LetsGoLogo.co.uk is not to be held responsible for shipping delays or loss. All orders are shipped when stated. Once LetsGoLogo.co.uk has shipped any order out, LetsGoLogo.co.uk accepts no responsibility for any issues beyond shipping departure. You, the customer have the option to insure your orders shipment.
